isXperia A Real Review From Someone Who Joined

Most of the reviews online about Isxperia are from people who are trying to sell you another program. They can tell you basic info about Isxperia but they can’t tell you about their experience.

This review is real. It’s from someone who joined Isxperia about 9 months ago and has only just begun to realize how great an opportunity and company it is.

When I joined Isxperia back in late summer of 2011, I was looking for a company that was “under the radar” but established and with a upward growth curve.

I had amazing success with my last network marketing relationship but because of integrity issues with the ownership and management of the company, the company ended up restructuring and leaving committed distributors in the dust.

I vowed to myself that the next company that I fully commit to would pass a simple test if I were to go for it. Here is the criteria I was looking for:

I wanted a company with an established infrastructure and committed ownership. I wanted a company with ownership and management that had networking marketing experience. Not just as a distributor, but also with network marketing management experience.

I wanted a company where the owner of the company was in the trenches and out in front of the company building the company. Not just hiding behind a website, and not just speaking now and then at an engagement. I wanted a company where the owner put his money where his mouth is and put his butt on the line not just financially.

Most of all, the ownership had to have integrity.

So here was my criteria when I was looking for a new company to call home…

1. Not a start up. Start up MLMs have way too much risk. Most are under capitalized either financially or commitment-wise. There are tons of MLM start ups now days funded by an investor or someone with a wad of cash, but no real commitment to sticking it out. Most of these companies pull out when the company begins to have any problems. The company had to be field tested by at least 2 years, but less than 10 years old.

2. The company had to have established products and distribution and an aggressive stance towards new products and diversification.

3. The company had to have zero complaints.

4. The company had to have an amazing comp plan. Not just in upside potential, but in FAIRNESS to the little guy and new guy. In other words, it had to be simple to attain positive cash flow.

5. The ownership had to be in front and fully invested financially and reputation-wise. In other words, they had to have a reason to make it work.

All five criteria had to be met for me to jump in with both hands and feet.

After about a year and a half of researching and I came across Isxperia and joined.

Isxperia met all 5 criteria above for me.

Now 9 months later my distributorship is growing consistently upwards.

It’s a company that rewards commitment.

I’m very happy I became an Isxperia distributor.

The company continues to grow and evolve into something better with every new announcement.
