Q:  What’s the difference between a customer, free preferred member and qualified distributor?
A:  As an Isxperia customer you are able to purchase Isxperia products at retail prices without joining as a preferred member or distributor.

As an Isxperia free preferred member you can join for free and save money from Isxperia’s retail prices. Free members also can refer others and earn bonus income from referring other customers. There is no cost to become a preferred member.

As an Isxperia Qualified distributor you’ll get a better price than customers and free members which allows you to save more money when purchasing Isxperia products. You can also qualify for immediate and long term residual income by referring other customers, preferred members and distributors. Q:  Can I order Isxperia products without becoming a member or distributor?
A:  Yes. To order products as a retail customer without becoming a member or distributor follow the three simple steps below:

1. Visit the Isxperia customer shopping cart and click the product or product categories you are interested in purchasing.

2. Once you’ve found the product(s) you want click on “Add to Cart”

3. Finally, click on the link in the right corner of the window that says “Your Cart” or “Shopping Cart”. You will see your desired product(s) and the amount due, then click “checkout” and complete your order.
Q: How much do I save by becoming a member or distributor?
As a preferred member you’ll save money per each item ordered compared to retail customer prices.

If you want to just try the products first without becoming a distributor the best way is to become a free preferred member. Free members receive better prices than retail customers and you have the option to upgrade to distributor later if you wish, or you can simply continue to receive preferred member benefits.

As a distributor you’ll save even more money, and can qualify for immediate and long term residual income as your referrals grow.

Q:  Is there a price list available for potential product users that show the price difference in retail and free member purchases?
A:  The price list for preferred members and distributor pricing is available preferred members and distributors only. When you become a free member or distributor you can download the price list from your back office.

Q:  How much does it cost to become a member or distributor?
A:  There are two options…

OPTION A: Become a Free Preferred Member. As a free preferred member you are able purchase products at a discount, earn retail commissions and partial fast start commissions when you enroll a Qualified Distributor. As a preferrred member you can accumulate personal volume (PV) to become a Qualified Distributor. There is no time limit to accumulate qualification PV.

OPTION A: Become a Qualified Active Distributor. You can become a qualified and active distributor by purchasing a qualifying product pack and having a 75 PV autoship. Qualified and active distributors receive deeper discounts on product purchases and are able to qualify for all bonuses and compensation plan benefits. Qualified and active distributors are interested in growing a serious long term business with Isxperia.

Distributors become qualified with 200 PV (personal volume) and once qualified, are qualified for life.

Distributors are active with 75 PV per month.

As a “Qualified and Active Distributor” you will have the opportunity to earn not only retail commissions, but full fast start bonuses and weekly team bonuses. As your business grows you will also be able to earn matching fast start bonuses and matching team bonuses.

Qualified and Active distributors can also receive spillover volume and are also able to accumulate group carryover commission volume with no flush, and are able to qualify for the Dream Car Bonus and other cash incentives.

Qualified and Active distributors get priority corporate and team support and earn commissions via a global pay card. Q:  What do I get when I purchase a Qualifying product pack?
A:  There are several different product pack options. Product packs include world class skin care products, premium proprietary health and nutrition products and relationship enhancement products.

Q:  How and when are commissions paid?
A:  Qualified and Active distributors get paid commissions weekly via a global pay card. Earned commissions are held in an online e-wallet in your back office and can be transferred to your global pay card anytime. You can use your global pay card at ATM’s and stores around the world.

Q:  Can I upgrade from a free member to a Qualified and Active Distributor? And if so, what is the cost to upgrade?
A:  Yes. You can initially join at the free preferred member level and upgrade to a Qualifed and Active Distributor at anytime. To upgrade to a distributor, simply purchase a qualifying distributor pack or enough products to accumulate enough PV to become a qualified distributor.

Once you accumulate 200 PV you will become a qualified distributor. To be an active distributor you only need to have 75 PV per month.

Keep in mind that when you join as a Qualifed and Active Distributor you will have the opportunity to maximize your compensation options immediately and you will also be able to accumulate carryover team volume every month starting from your first day in business.

In other words you have the potential to earn many times more for the same effort by becoming a qualified and active distributor. As a free preferred member you will only be able to earn retail commissions and partial fast start bonuses.

You can upgrade to a qualified paid distributor anytime, and you can accumulate personal volume to upgrade through multiple product purchases. There is no time limit to accumulate volume to become a qualified and active distributor. For example, you can try a product or two, and if you like it, continue to order it each month. As soon as you accumulate 200 PV, you’ll become qualified as a distributor. If it takes you 4 months to do this, or 10 months or 12 months, it doesn’t matter, there is no time limit.

Q:  Are there additional costs? Will I need or be required to purchase other things like a website, a back office, CD’s or marketing materials?
A:  You will not be required or tricked into purchasing marketing websites or any other marketing materials. Our program is simple, straightforward and honest without gimmicks.

Q:  What is the shipping method and how long will it take to receive my order?
A:  Over the last year we have found priority USPS mail to work the best and it is 5 to 12 days depending on seasonal circumstances.

Q: Is there a Canadian office or warehouse where product is shipped from?
A:  There is no Canadian office currently. The products are shipped from Ft. Myers, FL, USA.

Q:  I am in Canada, will I need to pay duty or other charges and what are the shipping costs?
A:  Not at this time, it will be a personal shipment, but this may change in the future as we physically expand into Canada which is in process. We may add duty charges to the cost if we open an office in Canada, in other words there would be two pricing structures USD and CAD. The products are shipped via U.S. Postal Service from Ft. Myers, FL. USA.

Q:  I live outside North America. Will I need to pay duty charges?
A:  Currently we are shipping the products as a personal purchase shipment and most countries allow personal shipments of less than $100 (average) without duty charges.

Q:  What is the return procedure and policy if product is damaged?
A:  Within 30 days just call the office for a RA (return authorization) and send it back and tell us if you want a new one or a refund. For all new distributors, customers and members there is also a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, not just on damaged products.
